Processing Time
Because of our made-to-order model, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be fulfilled before it ships.
We pinky promise it's worth the wait

Shipping Times (after fulfillment):
🇦🇺 Australia: 3–10 business days
🌍 International: 7–21 business days (location dependent)

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email (with tracking!) once your tee is on its way.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Ships from Australia. Delivers worldwide. Please check your country's import tarrifs or postal fees - these are out of our control and may vary by location.

Returns + Exchanges

We hope your tee makes you feel like you again... seen, comfy, and absolutely glowing
But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns
We accept returns if you received the wrong order or there was a misprint on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us at genageorgia@genageorgia.com.au with your order number + reason for return.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges depending on availability.

Please note:
– As a small brand using print-on-demand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
– Return shipping is at your expense (unless the item is faulty).
– All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

We care deeply about quality, but if something slips through the cracks, we’ll make it right.

Email us at genageorgia@genageorgia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
